Sofia Neves is a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience supporting young people, adults, and couples. She works with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, strong emotions, and neurodevelopmental differences.

Sofia takes a collaborative, solution-focused approach, helping clients build skills, strengthen self-reflection, and discover new ways to cope with life’s challenges. She integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR, tailored to each client’s needs. She also provides assessments and therapy for neurodiverse clients, including ADHD and autism.

Her warm, compassionate, and solution-focused approach helps clients build skills and resources to enhance wellbeing and move forward in life with confidence.

Having worked in both Portugal and Australia, Sofia is registered with professional boards in both countries and is a member of several professional associations, including the APS, APTCCI and EuroPsy.

She is bilingual and offers online sessions, providing flexible and accessible support for clients wherever they are.
